Stanislav Grafski is a founder of Grafski Consulting, a management consultancy focused on advising international businesses in entering and navigating the Russian market. He also guides Russian companies exporting and expanding globally.
Stan’s expertise includes Russian Market Entry support, Legal Advisory, Global Operations and Strategic Planning, Foreign Direct Investments (FDI), Start-ups, Taxes and International Tax Planning, Russian and International Corporate Design and Restructuring, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Government Affairs, Crisis and Reputation, Disputes and Negotiations, Court Award Enforcement and Debt Recovery, traditional and New Media Relations, Social Media and Inbound Marketing, Projects, and more.
For over 30 years, Mr Grafski has developed his international expertise as both a high-level strategy consultant and as a corporate senior executive and legal counsellor. He advised clients from dozens of industries in Russia and around the world. As a corporate executive and/ or General Counsel he worked for GlobalCom PR Network, Mmd PR (currently, Grayling), Storm International BV, Channel One Worldwide Broadcast. His clients included Rosneft, System Capital Management, PepsiCo, EBRD, Red Cross, PokerStars, and many other internationally known brands. Over his career, he launched successful international ventures in Russia, Europe, Asia, and North America.
Vedomosti, Russian affiliate of The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times, recognised him for national “Manager of the Year”. In conjunction with the United Nations Development Programme in Russia, he co-authored the first in-depth international research on social investments and responsible business practices in Russia. As an interdisciplinary business expert, he regularly writes for national newspapers and speaks at industry events in Russia and abroad. Besides, he is the most connected LinkedIn member in Russia.
He earned his Master’s degree in Law from Voronezh State University, Russia (1990), and his MBA from the Nottingham University Business School, UK (2004).
